Assisted Living Concepts, Inc. (“ALC”) and its subsidiaries operate more than 200 communities which include licensed assisted living and senior living residences with capacity for over 9,000 older adults in 20 states in the United States. We also own and operate Swan Home Health and Swan Companion Care, which offer individuals many flexible choices for assistance with activities of daily living, nursing care, and socialization. These residences are for older adults who may range from completely independent to those interested in receiving assistance with the activities of daily living, such as, meal service, bathing, dressing, and medication management. This valuable combination of housing and optional services provides a home-like setting with the right balance of health and wellness without compromising an individual’s choices, dignity, or independence.
